CMMS Support and Training via Telephone
CMMS Support and telephone consultancy is available for clients who feel that they would benefit from having someone to call when they need support on any aspect of CMMS, Software Selection or its implementation.
Our agreement allows you to call us anytime between 08:00 and 18:00 from Monday to Friday (UK Time) for help with your problems.You may require information or assistance with your CMMS configuration, reports, asset numbering and coding, locations, hierarchies or just about anything related to CMMS systems. (See below)
CMMS support costs are £200 for up to five calls in a three month period. Additional calls can be made at £40 per call. If on any occasion we are unable to help, this will not count as a call. When you compare this to the cost of on-site consultancy you see that it it is a very cost-effective option.
You may also call us on a one-off CMMS support basis for £50. All we need is a purchase order number. Telephone consultancy services that are available are:

When you employ a maintenance consultant for a couple of days you will no longer have access to him when he leaves your site, (unless you are willing to pay for calling him in again.) Our CMMS support by telephone option provides you with a really useful longer term alternative at a fraction of the price.
