A CMMS Database for your personnel records may be a requirement in your CMMS. Unlike the company personnel database the CMMS database would generally contain details of maintenance personnel only.
CMMS Database Requirements
Once again requirements here will differ, but typically details will include name, trade, department, shifts worked, qualifications, special training received, authorisations, etc.
This may also be used for time keeping and attendance recording but some CMMS database users prefer to keep this apart from maintenance records.
